You can pay for your shopping in a number of ways, whether it is on-line or over the telephone. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch etc. this is done through Protx merchant services one of the webs leading credit card services. All you need to do is select Protx on the payment screen and follow the instructions.

On-line and telephone order payment is processed via our SSL secure payment system. In the case of card payments, funds are taken at point of order.

We value your privacy highly and as a result you will notice that when ever you are browsing our catalogue of products the lock sign is at the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

    What if a product is out of stock?

    We make every effort to keep our sites fully stocked. However on occasion our stock levels do run down. If this is the case we make updates regularly so you will be advised if the particular product is currently out of stock. If you happen to make an order on stock that is not currently available we will find a suitable replacement at your approval or put you on back order with a promise date.If this is not possible, we will reimburse your payment in full and offer you a 10% discount coupon.

    How will I know if my order has been received?

    If you place an order on-line you will receive an email confirmation. If you place on order over the telephone, the team member concerned will advise you that your order has been placed and your payment accepted. You will be given an order reference number, which should be quoted by you should you have any query whatsoever on your purchase.

    How will my goods be delivered?

    In most cases, you will be contacted prior to delivery by the supplier of the particular product (s) you ordered. You will note from our product pages that we state an approximate delivery period in working days. If the supplier needs to be contacted on your behalf, our staff can do that for you too.

    What is the returns policy?

    You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so, you must notify us in writing via email or post within 7 working days of delivery.

    If you are returning a product for any reason, except damage or manufacturer defect, you must pay the costs of returning the products to us or our suppliers. On request, we will collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund.

    Additionally, if the product delivered to you is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product), does not correspond with its description, the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality or the product arrives damaged or faulty, we may replace the item or affected parts. You can also cancel the order and receive a full refund. You will not be charged for the cost of returning an unapproved substitute or defective product.

    If a product arrives in a damaged condition, you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note, where possible, and inform us within 7 working days of the delivery.

    If the product becomes defective soon after 7 working days have passed, Peak Garden Centres will, at our discretion, repair the product, replace the product or refund you. You will not be charged for the cost of returning a defective product.

    We will not accept returns or cancellations if the products have been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own.

    While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed, they must be returned in the same way. Every effort must be taken to ensure that the return product (s) are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.

    Products returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refund given.

    How do I order on-line?
